The Above Image Error comes in screen during the accounting process of material document. error seems like “Interval 52 does not exist for object RF_BELEG 6600 FBN1” here 52 is the number ranger number code ( NRIV-NRRANGENR ), RF_BELEG is the object name (NRIV-OBJECT),

6600 is the company code or sub object value (NRIV-SUBOBJECT) and FBN1 is the transaction code. To solve the Error you just need to maintain the number range against object, subobject and number ranger number in transaction code FBN1.

Step 1. Enter the T-code FBN1 or SNUM in command box.

Step 2. If you are using FBN1 then in interval maintenance window enter subobject or company code value and click on interval button to enter number range. and if you are using SNUM then number range object maintenance window will open here you have to enter object value and click on interval editing and enter subobject or comapny code value and click on change Intervals button to enter number range of that object.

Step 3. Interval Maintenance accounting document subobject window will open here click on insert button and enter the entry which you want to create and click on save button to create entry.

Number range for document type in SAP

Number range for document type in sap is defined to get a specific number against the document which we create in SAP, for example we are creating invoice so we have to maintain number range of invoice object to get a specific invoice number of invoice, to create a number range we will use transaction code FBN1 and SNUM.
